Access Agent Uploaded Files

Have you ever deleted some Activities from your Digest . . . and you didn't mean to? Have ever wondered what your files look like before they are an Activity at MotionBased?

Here is the place to find out how to access those files you've uploaded by way of the Agent. Follow these easy instructions if you ever need to upload an Activity you thought you had deleted forever:

1. Open up the MotionBased Agent.
2. Select "Ctrl+Shift+F".
3. Your local repository will open.
4. Listed under the MotionBased Menu are the choices "Error", "Queue", "QueueResend", "Sent"
5. Click "Sent"
   
6. There will be the list of everything you've uploaded through the Agent.
7. Click on the desired file.
8. It will be available in a separate pop-up window.
   
9. Click on the file and it will open as a readable file.
10. You can then save the file to your Desktop.
    1. Click on File on the menu toolbar.
    2. Select "Save As" from the drop down menu.
       
    3. Save the file to your Desktop for easiest access.
