Agent Upload Files

A kind user from Massachusetts sent us information on retrieving Agent uploaded file:


  • Directory: C:\Users\your-username\AppData\Roaming\MotionBased\Sent
  • The file as it is saved in the above directory has a .gz suffix. This is a Gnu Zip. Most Windows users will be used to .zip suffixes, but not .gz.
  • If you're not familiar with .gz files the program WinZip (http://www.download.com/3000-2250-10003164.html) will work to unzip these.
