Analyzer
From MB Wiki
Analyzer is a paid feature of MotionBased. A few things to remember when viewing the Analyzer:
- It is only supported in IE6+ at this time.
- The duration/time of each lap reflects the breakdown based on Total Time. If you stop at any time during your Activity it will be reflected in this total.
- Laps are broken down into mile/kilometer segments up to 30 miles. Activities in excess of 30 miles are broken down into 5 mile/kilometer segments.
Troubleshooting
Are you seeing this error after you've clicked on the Analyzer Tab?
If you see this message then you probably need to re-install the SVG Viewer.
If you can successfully use the Map Player and you still get this message, then you may find that Norton Internet Security, or another security program, is blocking this page from functioning properly.
Browser Helper Objects (BHO)
BHO stands for Browser Helper Object - things like Yahoo! toolbar and similar. These may interfere with the Analyzer and Map Player causing IE to crash.
- In IE7 go to Options --> Programs --> Manage add ons --> Disable all BHO (Browser Helper Objects).
- Restart IE7 and . . . problem solved!
The BHO that really caused the biggest problem was Text Ware?s QuickFind. It comes bundled with Cambridge Advanced Learner?s Dictionary on CD-ROM. What QuickFind does is that it detects mouse movements anywhere on the screen and detects displayed word in any active application and then gives you dictionary entry for it. Sounds quite handy, really, if it wasn?t for the fact that it caused IE to crash. And it was exactly in line with the previous discovery that IE crashes when mouse is moved. All pieces fitted together.
(Thank you, Max from Italy, for this great troubleshooting solution!)
