Auto Pause

Should you opt to utilize the Auto Pause feature, you can set the Auto Pause to stop your time when you come to a complete stop, or when you are moving slower than a designated pace/speed. This option is great when you're participating in an activity where you know there will be stop lights or other unforeseen stops in the workout.
