Blank Agent

Beginning in September 2006 we started hearing about new and veteran users having the Agent come up blank. This happens to those using IE. We believe an automatic update may be causing a problem. We suggest doing a system restore back to a time before the Agent stopped working. By doing this you will revert a "Hot Fix" and the problem will be solved.
