The Lap feature allows you to review an interval workout. Whether you've set up the lap feature on your device or are pressing the Lap button on your device at specific places/times, you can easily review that data.

Laps Chart The chart gives you the breakdown of a runners workout. Lap one is the warm-up showing that they ran for 18:38/2.42 miles and burned 373 calories. The second lap is a mile repeat/interval done in 5:53. As you continue reading the chart, the mile intervals get faster. They finished up with a 31:35 cool-down of 4.22 miles.



Beginning mid-August 2006, MotionBased made Cadence available in the Laps metric. This was a need for cyclists, and we're happy to be able to offer cadence to our cycling community.



Laps Graph This chart allows you to plot out Time, Distance, Heart Rate and Calories along the miles participated.
