Clear User Data

If you've been experiencing trouble uploading, you may have corrupt data on your device. Before you follow this procedure, contact customer support. If you feel confident clearing all of the data off of your device follow these instructions:
- Power off your device
- At the same time, press the Power and Mode buttons
- A prompt will appear asking if you really want to erase your data
- Select "Yes" when prompted to erase all data
You will need to reset your heart rate zones upon completion.
