Clearing the Cache

If you've ever had trouble viewing MotionBased (or any site for that matter), you may need to delete or clear your browser's cache. Follow the instructions for your browser.

Firefox

  1. From your browser's Toolbar select "Tools"
  2. Scroll down and select "Options . . . "
  3. From the Pop-up window select "Privacy"
  4. Click on the "Clear Cache" button
  5. Your cache is deleted and you are ready to launch MotionBased again

Internet Explorer

  1. From your browser's Toolbar select "Tools"
  2. Scroll down and select "Internet Options . . . "
  3. The pop-up window will automatically open to "General"
  4. At the "General" tab, select the "Clear History" tab
  5. Your cache is cleared and you are ready to launch MotionBased again

Safari

  1. Select "Empty Cache" from the Safari menu
  2. Click "Empty" at the pop-up window
  3. Your cache is empty and you are ready to launch MotionBased again
