Inbox
Activity Summary
When the Activity makes it to your Inbox, you'll see the Activity Summary. You need to name and categorize (comments optional) to suit your training needs, then Submit the Activity to your Digest.
- Please note there is currently a 250 character limit on Comments.
Actions
Select from Submit, Delete, Delete All, Combine. To learn more about the Inbox Actions, please read through the Inbox Page.
Upload Status
Also referred to as the "Queue," this is a great tool to figure out what may be going on with your uploads without having to wait for customer Support to get to you with an answer.
Keep in mind that this Page is for information purposes only. It does not interfere with uploads and items listed cannot be deleted or removed.

Before, there was a lot of guess work as to why your activity did not make it to your Inbox. Now, you can simply select 'Upload Status' from your Inbox prompt and see what the reason may have been. That way, if you need to contact Customer Support with the error/problem, we'll all be more informed and more prepared to find a solution fast. As always, when contacting support please give your username and registered email.
