Listings

1. Go To http://www.trailnetwork.com
2. Click on Show Advanced Filters
3. Click on Add Custom Filter
4. Choose Activity Name + Contains + montezuma
5. Click on Add
6. Click on Hide Advanced Filters

All the listings should now show Montezuma rides only. Approximately 137.

This will list all of the loops ridden and recorded in the order they were started so the rows expose where all of the riders were compared to all others.

Google Earth

Install Google Earth and then download the file containing 26 rider's GPS tracks. This is the best way to view the tracks for each of the riders.

Re-assign colors, uncheck synchronize and press race.

Importance of Staying on Course...

Notice how Jared (the guy with the downhill bike) went off course for a bit.

Josh and Nate Loop 3 and 4

Loop 4

This is the loop that most of the athletes seem to fear the most. A climb up a 14'er where the bike becomes a backpack and the freezing night air is the show stopper for most.

Becs GPS seemed to go crazy during the hike up and failed at the top (most likely a battery issue).

Loop 6

The most interesting loop is #6 where Josh gained a half hour of more on Nate...and never gave it up. See Loop 6 page for more details.

Marko Ross-Bryant picks up some time on the pack...Fleming hits a wall.

NASA world wind is a more complex program to use which is a deterrant for most. The Black and white version has high resolution, but is less stimulating to the observer.
