MotionBased, a division of Garmin International (http://www.garmin.com/), is based in Sausalito, California -- a playground for endurance and outdoor sport enthusiasts. You won't go far before seeing a fleet of road cyclists en route for the 40-mile Paradise Loop, or runners from San Francisco making the turnaround for their out-and-back over the Golden Gate Bridge.

The energy for outdoor activities is omnipresent, and the employees of MotionBased live, breathe, and work for that passion. When we're not burning the midnight oil to meet that next release, you'll find us running on the trails of the Marin Headlands, or catching a quick ride on Eldridge Grade of Mt. Tam.
