No device found on GM USB-to-Serial Bridge (COM4)

Receiving this error means you've got troubles with your Serial-to-USB converter. Make sure the software for the converter has been installed properly. Test the converter with other programs to see if the device will upload (it may be a MotionBased problem). If you do not have success with uploading to another program (try with g7towin (http://www.gpsinformation.org/ronh/|)), we suggest reinstalling the drivers that come with your converter or even returning it and trying a different brand.
