9501: Add Grade Zones to Map Player

Added Grade and elevation zones to the SVG-based map Player (similar to heart and speed). 

10013: Add better region reports

Moved region report to a higher spot and added activity type and username sub-groups.

9416: Configurable Digest Columns

Added a feature that allows users to customize the columns to view in My Activities and TrailNetwork.  Added many columns like heart rate, moving speed, etc.

7518: Add Ads to the Dashboard for non-paying customers

Now displaying advertisement for Lite customers in the dashboard.  Standard customers may "opt-in" to advertisements.

9069: Google Analytics

added javascript to every page that pings Google Analytics for help with site statistics. 

9500: Map Player Popups showing too Many decimals.

Fixed a bug in the Map Player where the Popup boxes showed too many decimals for distance.

9519: List Safari as Browser Option

updated the login page to better reflect MotionBased support for Safari and other browsers.
