12083: MotionBased/myGarmin username merge

merged MotionBased and myGarmin accounts.  MotionBased will require you to login with your myGarmin credentials after going through the migration process.  YOU MUST LOGIN using your MotionBased Credentials one more time in order for the migration process to be completed.

12302: UPdate VerisignSeal

updated the verisign seal of approval for SSL protected pages under user profile.

12499: Negative Temperatures not being displayed

Fixed a bug where activities recorded in negative temperatures is not being reported at all.
