Retrieving Files Sent Via the Agent

Ever deleted your device history before making sure the upload was successful? What about accidentally deleting an Activity from your Digest? It can be pretty traumatic (or frustrating, agonizing, saddening, etc). Fear not. You do have the file on your computer (if you're a PC user). To retrieve files follow the instructions below:

1. Open the MotionBased Agent.
2. Select "Ctrl + Shift + F". This will bring up the drive where your Sent activities can be found.
3. Under the MotionBased folder click on "Sent".
4. This will bring up the list of your uploads via the Agent.
5. Select the file(s) you want to upload and save each to your Desktop.
6. You can then make the Manual Upload from the Upload link when logged into MotionBased.
