Screen Shots

Many times, when you write in to customer support (mailto:support@motionbased.com) you'll be asked to send over a screen shot of the error or the problem you're seeing. There are many great programs available for taking screen shots, but if you want to send a quick shot to Support in order troubleshoot quickly, you can follow the directions below:

  1. Every computer has a Print Screen (sometimes labeled "Prt Sc") button. While viewing the page you want to send to Support hit this button. This will copy the page.
  2. Open Word.
  3. Paste (Ctrl + V) the image into the Word document.
  4. Save the file to your Desktop.
  5. Send the file to MotionBased as an attachment.
  6. Sit back and relax while we troubleshoot and send you the solution.
