Screen Shots

Many times, when you write in to customer support (mailto:support@motionbased.com) you'll be asked to send over a screen shot of the error or the problem you're seeing. There are many great programs available for taking screen shots, but if you want to send a quick shot to Support in order troubleshoot quickly, you can follow the directions below:
- Every computer has a Print Screen (sometimes labeled "Prt Sc") button. While viewing the page you want to send to Support hit this button. This will copy the page.
- Open Word.
- Paste (Ctrl + V) the image into the Word document.
- Save the file to your Desktop.
- Send the file to MotionBased as an attachment.
- Sit back and relax while we troubleshoot and send you the solution.
