TrailNetwork

From MB Wiki

The TrailNetwork is the community-oriented section of MotionBased where customers can access activities posted by other members.

It's a growing database of activities and routes created by MotionBased customers. The TrailNetwork may be used to discover new activities or to review results of activities for virtual competition.

All activities stored in the database will be made available for public access through the TrailNetwork unless you manually choose to hide an activity.

Through a simple browse and search interface, you may search through the TrailNetwork to find routes that match your activity criteria. Activities are displayed in a similar format to My Activities (also known as the Digest).

After browsing and/or filtering through the TrailNetwork listings, you may select an activity for analysis.

Limitations

The TrailNetwork is getting big these days and some of the powerful functions are not available to sort or report on all of the activities at once. You may take advantage of sorting and reporting if you add some of these appropriate filters:

  • One or more usernames as an Advanced Filter.
  • Time Period . . . remember the bigger the span the longer it will take to display the results.
  • It takes a while for your activity to appear in the TrailNetwork. Don't be alarmed if you don't see your Public activity right away.
