Files generated from third-party programs that do not have the MotionBased name (i.e. MotionBased Agent/MotionBased Web Agent) do not qualify for assistance with our MotionBased customer support. GPX files can be generated from many programs and each of them may generate information that is incorrect or corrupt. One exception to this rule is History Files loaded from the Garmin Training Center.
We strongly suggest using the MotionBased Agent to retrieve activity data from your supported Garmin GPS device.
We will continue to add to this troubleshooting section to help you debug these problems yourself.
