Troubleshooting:Upload:Mac:Installed:Problems:Stopped

Does the following scenario match your experience:

  1. Agent does not see/recognize device when plugged into Mac
  2. The blue and white bar goes gray and shows "Looking for GPS devices"
  3. Battery does continue charging
  4. There is no plug-in disabler on the machine (like Saft (http://haoli.dnsalias.com/Saft/))
