Please follow the steps below to help troubleshoot:

  1. Plug in your device to the USB cable
  2. Go to Terminal
  3. Type: /Library/MotionBased/GpstoMb Xml=true GzipBase64=false
  4. Do you get the following results:
  • This was with the device turned on: /Library/MotionBased/GpstoMb Xml=true GzipBase64=false

  • With the device turned off: /Library/MotionBased/GpstoMb Xml=true GzipBase64=false
