Table of contents

Time Uploaded

This is the time the User uploaded the file to MotionBased, Pacific Standard Time.

File Size

This column lets you know how large was the file being uploaded.

Status

Lets you know if the upload made it or not. You can find a listing of the Upload Status Codes and what they mean at the Upload Status Codes section of this Knowledge Base.

Comments

This will give you extra information as to why the upload was unsuccessful. You will usually see that the wrong email has been entered into the Configure Agent section of the MotionBased Agent.

Agent

This lets you know how you uploaded the file. By hovering over the type you can get the entire Agent listing.

  • MotionBased Agent 2.3.0.0
  • MotionBased Agent 2.2.0.0
  • MotionBased Web Agent Mac 1.23 Beta
  • Garmin Training Center Database 1

Upload Legend

Just a quick glance at the upload legend will tell you what's going on in the Queue.

Conflicts Allowed

Denoted by the clock Image:AllowTimeConflictsClock.jpg, if this symbol is checked you'll know that the user is allowing Time Conflicts. In other words, they're allowing upload for 2 activities for the same day.

Processing

The swirling arrows, Image:Processing.jpg, next to an upload note that the upload is processing. If this icon remains for more than 10 minutes, contact support. The never-ending spinning arrows denote a Hanging Upload and may need to be deleted by the MB Staff.

OK

Green always means GO. The green box Image:OKGO.jpg means that everything in the upload is now in the users Inbox.

Warning

If you see the yellow box Image:Warning.jpg, it means that something in the upload did not make it to the Inbox. You can refer to the Upload Status Codes to see what might give this error.

Error

Red means STOP. The red box Image:Error.jpg means there's a problem with the upload and MotionBased is not going to accept it in it's current form. The user will probably need to contact MB Customer Service to get the details.
