Zumo

The Zumo is a personal navigation device designed for the motorcycle rider. When you go on rides with your Zumo, the device records the routes you take in it's internal memory. MotionBased now supports uploads from the Zumo so you can view details for and share your motorcycle rides with friends and family or on the TrailNetwork.
Please follow these simple directions to send your rides to MotionBased.
- Flip open the lid on the bottom of your Zumo and use the included USB cord to connect the device to your computer.
- The device will turn on and you should see a message on the screen that says: "Preparing to enter USB mass storage mode".
- When the device is finished loading, it should be mounted on your computer as a new drive named "Garmin" that you can access by clicking "My Computer" on Windows or finding the icon on your desktop on Mac OS X.
- Point your browser to the MotionBased manual upload page located at http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/upload/view.mb and click "Browse...".
- Browse to the "Garmin" mounted drive and select the "/Garmin/GPX/Current.gpx" file.
- Click "Open" in the dialog box and then push the "Submit" button on the webpage.
- Your rides will be processed just as any other activities you send to MotionBased and will show up in your inbox when it is done.
For Windows Users: If you receive an error that the file is too large to send, please download the MotionBased Agent (http://wiki.motionbased.com/mb/MotionBased_Agent). After downloading, installing and configuring the Agent, please follow these directions for loading your data to MotionBased.

- Open the MB Agent and choose "Import Files."
- Select the "Send to MotionBased" radio button.
- Press the Browse button, browse to the "Garmin" mounted drive and select the "/Garmin/GPX/Current.gpx" file.
- Click "Open" in the dialog box
- Press the Send button in the MB Agent.
- Your rides will be processed just as any other activities you send to MotionBased and will show up in your inbox when it is done.
